Exchange and Return Policy

At Favelin, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward exchange and return process.

Eligibility

Items may be exchanged or returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

Exceptions

Certain promotions or exclusive offers may be subject to different return periods. These exceptions will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

Condition

Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Return & Exchange Process

- By default, approved returns will be refunded to your Favelin digital wallet. These funds can be used toward any future purchase on our website. - If you prefer a cash refund (back to your original payment method), please contact our support team directly at [support@favelin.com], and we will assist you with the process. - All refund requests are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. support@favelin.com or through our website.

You can also request a replacement directly from your account using our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) system:

  1. Log in to your account on our website.
  2. Navigate to “My Returns” or “Request RMA” in your account dashboard.
  3. Select the order and item(s) you wish to return or replace.
  4. Choose the reason for the return and indicate whether you prefer a replacement or refund.
  5. You will have the option to attach an image showing the condition of the item
